ReNew Lending, Inc. ("ReNew," "we," "us") offers an SMS/MMS messaging program (the "Program") that provides updates, information, and marketing communications related to our mortgage products and services.

By opting in to receive text messages from ReNew Lending, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You may opt in to receive SMS/MMS messages by:

• Submitting an online form
• Providing consent during an application or inquiry
• Otherwise affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages, which may be sent using automated technology.

Message and data rates may apply.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with ReNew Lending and may include:

• Application updates
• Appointment reminders
• Service related notices
• Educational or promotional content

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying:

ReNew Lending does not charge for text messages.

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

Device & Carrier Requirements

You must have:

• A mobile device capable of two way messaging
• A participating wireless carrier

Not all devices or carriers support MMS.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.

Privacy & Data Use

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Program shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration in Reno, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials related to SMS communications.

This provision survives termination of your participation in the Program.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
